MECHANISM
1. TRIPLE SLIDE MECHANISM

The main sliding mechanism is made of high precision machining process with dove-tail system.

High quality slide bearings are installed into the oscillation slide system for smooth movement which provides no vibration of the grinder heads, enabling faster and better fine dressing of band saw tooth top.

The position of two grinder heads are easily adjustable for the required thickness and angle of tooth kerf.



CAM MECHANISM
2. CAM MECHANISM

The special design of cam system is installing five (5) cams into one-shaft which provides the easier adjustment of various cam movements. It gives the perfect cam timing and more reliable work performance.

High quality ball bearings are installed into a cam receiving roller to minimize the abrasion of cam sets.

All cams are made of hardened cast iron with precise polishing process to keep up with the longer working life time and ideal for the heavy duty operation.

3. AUTO BAND SAW DUAL CLAMPING MECHANISM

The clamping pressure on the blade is automatically adjusted against the tooth feeding. It provides a less clamping pressure during tooth feeding and heavier clamping during tooth grinding.

Band saw blade is completely tightened upon tooth grinding and it provides the precise grinding and results the perfect uniformity of tooth kerf.
